On Sunday, September 7, the 33-year-old expectant mother posted a photo on Instagram featuring herself and her boyfriend, Ken Urker, embracing outside a Nobu restaurant. She captioned the image, “A lovely evening with my love @kenurker 💕.”
Earlier, on September 3, the couple had shared a photograph of Blanchard’s latest ultrasound in a joint Instagram post. They celebrated their “sweet baby girl” with the caption, “20-week ultrasound. She is growing and measuring beautifully. #pregnancy #babygirl #newmom,” alongside an ultrasound image showcasing the baby’s head, arms, and hands.

The couple revealed in August that they are expecting a girl through a gender reveal involving balloons and confetti.
Blanchard, known from Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up, frequently shares glimpses of her relationship with Urker. Last month, she uploaded a video on her YouTube channel showing how she surprised Urker with a “romantic night” featuring a home-cooked meal, acknowledging his support during her pregnancy.
“I want him to be happy and to want to be with me,” Blanchard said. “I aim to provide everything I wished for in a mother to my own child. My mother once said I would never marry, raise a family, or have kids, so achieving these milestones and expecting my first baby feels like a personal achievement and goal.”
Blanchard also mentioned that she views her pregnancy as a “second chance at life with a child of my own.” She added, “I want to be kind and approachable, so my children come to me for advice, similar to how I view my stepmother [Kristy Blanchard]. I admire her parenting and think she’s an incredible mom.”
