Lucy Hale and John Owen Lowe were spotted enjoying a lunch outing. The “Pretty Little Liars” star, 35, and “Unstable” actor, 28, headed to Cecconi’s, an Italian restaurant in West Hollywood, California, for a casual meal on Tuesday afternoon (Sept. 17).
Lucy opted for a laid-back look, wearing a white zip-up hoodie paired with black sweatpants, while John Owen kept it relaxed with a gray “Fallon” sweatshirt, black shorts, and a baseball cap. Back in June, the duo stirred up dating rumors when they were seen together in Studio City.
However, a few weeks later, John Owen clarified during a WWHL appearance that he and Lucy are just close friends, dismissing the romance speculation. Earlier this year, Lucy shared insights into her dating life and the qualities she seeks in a partner.
