Karsen Liotta has taken a step in her relationship with Justin Dwayne Hall, as they have recently become engaged. The 25-year-old daughter of the late actor Ray Liotta transitioned from being his girlfriend to his fiancée over the past weekend, according to confirmations from PEOPLE.

The couple dressed elegantly for the occasion, surrounded by family and friends. Karsen looked beautiful in a strapless white gown featuring a stylish slit, while Hall chose a classic black suit paired with a white button-down shirt, opting for a more casual look without a tie.

Karsen Liotta celebrates her engagement to Justin Dwayne Hall, marking a huge step in their relationship.

On Sunday, October 27, Karsen shared moments from the celebration on her Instagram, accompanied by a champagne glass emoji. Hall also posted several photos from the event, including one of Karsen standing in front of a red sports car.

In a heartfelt expression on social media, Hall shared an Instagram carousel featuring various pictures from the memorable day, captioned simply with “🤴👸✨” and tagging Karsen. He further complimented her in the comments, saying, “My girl @karsen_liotta is so hot!” Karsen playfully replied, “ilysm,” showcasing their flirty exchange.

While the exact timeline of their relationship remains unclear, their earliest Instagram posts together can be traced back to September 2023, during New York Fashion Week. They also enjoyed a trip to Turks and Caicos in March and walked the red carpet together for the Los Angeles premiere of the film 1992, a project starring Karsen’s late father, in August.

Reflecting on her father’s legacy, Karsen spoke to PEOPLE at the film premiere about Ray Liotta, who passed away in his sleep in 2022 at the age of 67. She described him as “the best, the most trustworthy, ride or die,” adding that he was “always had my back, no matter what, most loyal, funniest, most kind-hearted person” she could have asked for in a father and friend.

Though Karsen may not frequently discuss her father, she welcomes questions about him. “I don’t sit around and talk about him, but if somebody asks me a question, I’ll answer,” she explained.

She also finds comfort in watching his older films, reminiscing about their time together and the humor they shared. Regarding her father’s final project, Karsen described 1992, which focuses on the L.A. riots, as “an incredible piece of history.”
