Monster Hunter is an upcoming film that has been adapted by Paul W.S. Anderson. Its release date has now been shifted up to December of 2020. It serves as a cinematic rendition of the fantasy adventure of Capcom in an RPG video game series that goes by the same name. Monster Hunter throws light on a special military unit led by Captain Natalie Artemis, reprised by Milla Jovovich. The show grapples with monsters in a mysterious world after they have fallen through a portal.

While they are on a planet, Natalie, as well as her forces, comes across a Hunter whose character has been enacted by Thai martial artist, that is, Tony Jaa, who helps them in surviving in the world and fight against the monsters while they search for a path to get back home. T.I. Ron Perlman and Meagan Good, along with Diego Boneta, round out the cast members for the upcoming film whose genre excels in the department of mystery and thriller. It is expected to release on the big screen, yes, in the theatres later this year.

Monster Hunter will release in December 2020

Monster Hunter ― Release Date!

It is a long-gestating Monster Hunter, which is thought to be a passion project for Anderson of Resident Evil. The film has been under the process of development since 2012. The film was announced officially in October of 2018 when we had Capcom revealing that production has started on Monster Hunter in Cape Town. It was originally thought to release in the United States’ theatres on the 4th of September 2020. But then we all know how the Corona Virus rocked our worlds and halted all the processes happening in the industry of entertainment and shut down the theatres. Later, it was scheduled by Sony Pictures Releasing to launch the tale on the 23rd of April 2021. Monster Hunter, as it now appears, will open in this year after all.

It is now revealed by the Monster Hunter teaser given away by IGN that the film will be released in December of 2020. Sony has officially decided that the Monster Hunter release date will be the 30th of December 2020. All this while, it should be kept in mind that a cinematic premiere for Monster Hunter is actually not unprecedented because several films, including the Tenet of Christopher Nolan and The New Mutants along with Unhinged, have come out in theatres in the United States.
