Better Call Saul Season 6 To Start Filming Again, Release in Mid 2021

After the intense ending of Vince Gilligan’s Better Call Saul’s season 5, the fans can’t wait to see what the endgame has to offer. With a unique plot full of mysteries and nail-biting thriller aspects, the show has managed to win a special place in the audience’s hearts. “Better Call Saul” starring Jonathan Banks, Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian, Michael Mando, and Giancarlo Esposito is an American television crime drama series created by Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould. It is both a spin-off and a prequel of Breaking Bad, Gilligan’s previous series that premiered in 2008.

Set in the early-to-mid-2000s in Albuquerque, New Mexico, “Better Call Saul” follows the story of con-man turned small-time lawyer Jimmy McGill and takes us back by six years, before the events of “Breaking Bad.” The series shows his transformation into the persona of criminal-for-hire Saul Goodman. With an intense plot surrounding the show, it has gained some serious viewership, and the fans are waiting to spectate what season 6 is likely to unfold, following the powerful end to season 5. With the news of the upcoming season doing the rounds, it is certain that the series will exhibit a clear connection between “Better Call Saul” and “Breaking Bad,” thus giving the audiences a new outlook towards both the projects.

On being asked about the upcoming season of the show, the creator says that the team is still working on season six and, apart from that, doesn’t have much to reveal about the show. He tells us that show has more of a relationship with Breaking Bad than he would have ever expected when the team started working initially. Gould then explained that the project is significant to me on a personal. He further lets us know that despite being related, the project is independent of Breaking Bad.

The show was created with the idea of showing a connection between the two projects because the creator believes that the viewers would not have watched a show about a crooked lawyer who hadn’t previously appeared. The fact that it’s a spinoff has given the team tremendous creative freedom in many ways. But still, the team is trying to keep the two projects separate and independent of each other, thus maintaining their individuality. He further tells us that the way they are working on the creative part, it’s definitely going to change the way people look at Breaking Bad.
