After the cliffhanger ending in both reel and the real end of Batwoman season one finale, fans were all excited for Season two. Season one was already cut down to twenty episodes from the predetermined twenty-two. All because of the current pandemic hit around the world. By the first season of Batwoman ended, Ruby Rose departed from the show. As she was playing the character of Batwoman, many expected another character would replace her in Batwoman Season 2.

Even CW was thinking about recasting someone in place of Ruby’s Batwoman. But then there comes an unexpected change.
