The supernatural world of fantasy, vampires, werewolves, witches, and magic is back again, for Season 3 of ‘Legacies’ is all set to drop it’s a brand new episode from 21 January 2021. Created by Julie Plec, ‘Legacies’ is a supernatural fantasy drama tv series that made its debut in October 2018. This show is directly linked to ‘The Originals’ and ‘The Vampires Diaries’ features characters from the shows. It is, however, the spin-off of ‘The Originals’ and stars Danielle Rose Russell as Hope Mikaelson, who made her debut in the world of fantasy with her character in the fifth season of ‘The Originals.’
Hope Mikaelson is the daughter of Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall- a werewolf and a vampire. She has been subsided from the vampires and witches, some of the most powerful beings. She has even forgotten that she is a part of such a world. Hope joins ‘The Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted’ where she gets reunited, where students are guided to control and use their ability of supernatural powers. She gets reunited with the existent power within her, which she remained unaware of.
The tradition of the previous shows is continued and carried forward where the new generations mark their journey on perfecting the art of supernatural powers. They’re required to put aside their impulsive behavior and balance their powers with studies. But in the whole process, what will these young adults come out to be? Heroes, that the world needs, or the villains, which the world has in plenty?

Legacies Recap
In the initial season, Hope ended up sacrificing herself in order to save Landon. She decided to jump into the Malivore pit, apart from the sacrifice she made, she has to pay an additional price for the same. Everyone forgot that Hope ever existed. The second season dealt with Hope trying to get back to the world and her school and showed us the chaotic world that existed with the absence of Hope. It was full of monster encounters and budding love stories that came as a treat.
Also, by the end of the season, we saw Lizzie, who is faking her death in order to know how her classmates really feel about her. She plans her own funeral, and the reactions she gets from people make her realize that she has a lot to do to make a place in the hearts of people. She has a habit of taking MG for granted, while MG has been honest about his feelings since the initial season. Things between the two actually grew immensely when Lizzie for targeted for faking her death, and MG defended her in front of everyone. She later thanks him for being such a great friend to her.

It stars Danielle Rose Russell as Hope Mikaelson as the lead, alongside Aria Shahghasemi as Landon Kirby, Jenny Boyd as Lizzie Saltzman, Kaylee Bryant as Josie Saltzman, Quincy Fouse as Milton “MG” Greasley, Peyton Alex Smith as Rafael Waithe, Matt Davis as Alaric Saltzman and Chris Lee as Kaleb in prominent roles.
The show was renewed for a second season in January 2019, which began airing in October 2019. It was again renewed for a third season in January 2020. Legacies Season 3 is all set to premiere on 21 January 2021 on The CW and will be available for online streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
