In an interview with Newsmax, Jason Miller, a senior adviser to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, expressed grave concern over the Biden administration’s endorsement of Ukraine’s potential accession to NATO, labeling it as an “act of war” and asserting that it poses a greater danger than President Biden’s policies on the southern border.

Miller criticized Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s statement during a NATO foreign ministers meeting in Brussels, in which he affirmed Ukraine’s future membership in the alliance.

Miller argued that such a move constitutes an aggressive act, not against Russia, which has already intervened in Ukraine, but rather a provocative escalation that could draw NATO into a broader conflict.

He questioned the rationale behind such actions and raised doubts about Biden’s understanding of the situation, suggesting the influence of “rogue actors” within the administration.

According to Miller, the administration’s approach, spearheaded by figures like Blinken, reflects either recklessness, ignorance, or adherence to a misguided globalist agenda, all of which, in his view, increase the risk of armed confrontation with Russia. He warned against the potential consequences of provoking further tensions with a nuclear-armed adversary like Russia.
