Netflix released the first image of
Jenna Ortega in acts as the titular
character in Wednesday.
The spooky teaser begins with Ortega tying Wednesday’s
iconic braids in shadow,
as she steps into the centre of attention for the
big reveal.
Ortega, who sports
bangs and braided pigtails and is dressed in a white-collared, long-sleeved black spotted dress.

Wednesday is a
live-action comedy
about a young woman’s coming of age.
