The 2022 MTV Video Music Awards were held on 28th August in New Jersey.
The Love Story star, Taylor Swift, received the highest award of the night.
She was awarded the ‘Video of the Year’ prize for her work, All Too Well: The Short Film.
The music video got recognised for its amazing direction and for being the best long form video of the year.
Swift also made a surprising announcement about her upcoming project, Midnights.
The new album would be based on the “stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout her life”.
