In 2001, they released a demo album called "What A Horrible Night To Have A Curse."

They quickly established themselves as one of the most famous American melodic death metal bands, thanks to albums like

 Nocturnal, Deflorate, and the Ritual, which charted at number 31 on the Billboard 200.
