Kate and her kids are getting a lot of help from her Middleton family as she fights cancer. Since she had surgery in January, her mom, Carole, and dad, Michael, have been there for her during the tough times that followed.

Carole is really important. She takes care of Kate’s kids and helps Kate and William, too. Recently, she was seen driving Kate to school, showing how much she cares.

When everyone found out about Kate’s cancer, her brother James shared a sweet message and a picture from when they were kids, promising to be there for her.

Kate’s sister Pippa, who also has three kids, spends much time with the family. She even went to therapy sessions with Kate to help their brother, James, feel better.

William, Kate’s husband, also spends a lot of time with the Middletons. He’s close to them and even calls Michael ‘dad.’ They make him feel grounded and stable.

James shows how much he cares about Kate when he reads something at her wedding, even though reading is hard for him because he has dyslexia. He wanted to do it right because it was important to him as her brother. The Middleton family stands strong with Kate and her kids, giving them lots of love and support during this challenging time.
