In episode 8, we see how Ruka has had enough of hiding her relationship. Mami-chan also comes to Kazuya’s workplace, which makes everything awkward for Kazuya. Ruka overhears Mami and Kazuya talking about their past and the karaoke they had attended. That’s when Ruka tells Mami-chan of her relationship and claims Kazuya to herself.
Ruka suspects Kazuya to be close to Chizuru. She also asks Kazuya to continue their previous conversation where Kazuya was about to make things official between them. On her way back, Mami meets Chizuru on the train and notices the same bag she saw at Kazuya’s apartment. She thinks they both might still e keeping up the facade of their dating. We haven’t seen Kazuya taking a stand, which is honestly irritating by this point in the story. Let’s see what changes in Rent A Girlfriend Season 2 Episode 9. Hopefully, Kazuya would make up his mind, and we would see some decision-making from his side.
