Plot
The series has a very thrilling storyline yet. It’s basically about the friendship that happened between the two grieving people, Jen and Judy. Both the main characters in the series, i.e., Jen and Judy, met in a grief support group in the first season. Jen is a real estate agent based in Laguna Beach, California, who lost her husband, who was actually killed by a hit-and-run driver. Judy first claims that she is in grief for her fiance, who died out of a heart attack, but she was lying. Judy had a deep dark secret till then. Jen soon comes to know the truth that Judy, however, was actually the one who was the hit-and-run driver. But Judy was instigated by Steve, who was in the car when the accident happened. Heartbroken, Jen then broke her friendship with Judy.
Steve was later killed in the series. The killer was the suspense for the second season. Judy also came to know about her lost paintings, which she had been wondering about since the beginning of Dead To Me. And finally, everybody came to know that Jen was the killer. Both forgave each other for the mishappenings. Ted’s mother, Lorna Harding, was also one of the biggest trouble to Jen. Season 2 of Dead To Me ends with a heartbreaking accident. Ben, Steve’s twin brother, was the one who hit Jen. We don’t know yet whether the accident was planned or just a coincidence.
