Recap For Blue Lock Episode 5

The anime completely has been highly appreciated since its 1st episode premiered a month ago. In Episode 4 of Blue Lock, Team Y has Team Z as their opponent, and strikers need to play all the possible football positions in order to win the game and stay in the program. Team Z went into their match with a better plan to let each player shine for 10 minutes and unleash their “secret weapon” as they lost their last match.

However, Team Y is also playing with high stakes as they, too, lost their last match and are at risk of being eliminated as a team and putting a stop to their footballing career while Shouei Barou of the opponent team was introduced as the most competent on the other team and had a phenomenal performance. However, Team Y has a new member, Hibiki Ookawa, who also does score their first goal. On the other hand, Isagi soon realizes that not him but an unassuming boy Ikki Niko is the real problem, and the episode ends with setting him up as the main antagonist.
