Three rounds, the Signature Bake, the Technical Challenge, and the Showstopper, are featured in each show, which is an adaptation of The Great British Bake Off. Each week’s “Star Baker” and the contestant who will be eliminated are chosen by the two judges after they have tasted and evaluated the entries.

As hosts, Ann Pornel and Alan Shane Lewis return for a third time, while Bruno Feldeisen and Kyla Kennaley serve as judges for their sixth and fourth seasons, respectively. Over the course of eight weeks, ten amateur bakers will compete in challenges for the championship.
