Based on Margaret Atwood’s 1985 novel of the same name, The Handmaid’s Tale is a dystopian American television series produced by Bruce Miller.
The story takes place in a dystopian world after the Second American Civil War, where fertile women—referred to as “Handmaids”—are forced to carry children as slaves. The show premiered on April 26, 2017. A fifth season of the show was ordered and will begin on September 14, 2022. The show was confirmed for a sixth and final season in September 2022. The dystopian show has ever since had a grip on our hearts.

The Handmaid’s Tale Season 5 Episode 9 is action-packed, and there’s still time to delve into the emotional side of the post-apocalyptic regime. Finally, even sympathy for Naomi Putnam of all. Here is what happened in the Handmaid’s Tale Season 5, Episode 9. Tuello describes a plan to evacuate Hannah and 29 other stolen children from Gilead in three planes and sneak into the area.
June requests to view her live feed of the event, and Tuello grants it. Serena asks Alanis to attend her grand opening at her center of Gilead, but she is turned down. The two then discuss breastfeeding and bottle feeding.
However, Serena remembers June’s advice and finally submits it to Mrs. Wheeler. Lawrence and Lydia meet with Naomi to discuss plans. She worries they will take her to the colony, but Lawrence wants her to move in with him instead. You can refuse if you do. She is asked to think about it.
Serena attempts to convince Commander Wheeler to allow her to participate in the event. Alanis is enraged by this betrayal, and she punches Serena twice in the face. During the live broadcast of Hannah’s evacuation, all data from the plane is lost, and Luke and June are ordered to leave the room. It is later revealed that Gilead shot down those planes, killing everyone on board.
Lawrence calls June to persuade her to move to New Bethlehem one last time. They argue about last night’s attack, and June demands to take Hannah home. Lawrence refuses, and June loses her temper, destroying the garden in the process. Serena takes a hit in the opening center, only to anger Alanis even more. She said to Serena that tomorrow she would be alone with Noah.
Alanis then asks for a bottle, but Serena forgot to bring it. She asks to be able to breastfeed personally. Selina then runs away and hitchhikes out of the center. Tuello suggests that June meeting with Nick to persuade him to defect. They meet in person, but neither of them changes their minds. Nick never leaves Gilead, and June never moves to New Bethlehem.
They say goodbye, perhaps for the last time. Commander Mackenzie, along with the other people, celebrates the attack and congratulates Lawrence for his expert vision. Lawrence stood next to Naomi and put a hand on her shoulder. June attends a candlelight rally for those killed in the attack. Protesters shout as Tuelo calls out victims’ names.
The Handmaid’s Tale Season 5 Episode 10: Watch For
“Safe” is the name of The Handmaid’s Tale Season 5, Episode 10. Following the trailer, this episode is going to be intense. Since this is the finale, I’m sure it will end with a big cliffhanger. The synopsis of the episode interestingly only focuses on June, leaving the other characters unbothered. Below are a few predictions of what we might catch in the new and final episode.
In the trailer, the shot appeared to be aimed directly at June. Continuing the commanders’ conversation, it appears that Gilead finally had enough of the woman and hired someone to kill her. June is likely to escape this attack unharmed, and the Canadian authorities will fight back, turning the all-nighter into a mass shooting.
She’ll go straight to Tuello or June’s house to try and make her new plans, so she’ll never have to set foot in Wheeler’s house again. Commander Lawrence and Commander Blaine appear to have completely cut ties with June. Will they attempt another form of attack, or will June be forced to move to New Bethlehem against her will?
