Anna challenges the other two chefs. The chef must fillet the rainbow trout and cook some of it and serve it with peas and wild garlic puree. Afterward, four contestants will have a final chance to impress by making her a signature two-course meal. Now is the time to shine with the dishes they designed and put into practice.
