In 2020 it was revealed that the Walt Disney Studio would be producing a television series based on Zootopia, and it will be titled Zootopia +. It will be airing a total of six short episodes. These episodes will provide us with insights into various characters. According to Disney, Zootopia + is going to be an anthology series. It will be showcasing interesting stories, mainly emphasizing the mobster shrews, the tiger dancers, and the sloths. Fans were quite elated to know about this development.
The direction of this series has been helmed by Trent Correy and Josie Trinidad. Walt Studio revealed more details about the themes of the episodes to be aired under Zootopia +. This episode will basically focus on the parents of Judy- Bonnie, and Stu. Judy’s sister Molly cleverly gets on the train to Zootopia. The episode will focus on how Bonnie and Stu find her and get her back. Our beloved characters Judy and Nick will be appearing in a cameo in this episode.
The Real Rodents Of Rodentia
This episode will be focusing on the character of Fru Fru, who has been married recently. Her father is the crime lord Mr. Big whose terror is spread throughout the town. This episode will be quite fun as it is going to be a parody of the popular series ‘The Real Housewives. In fact, the cast of this episode includes Crystal Kung and Porsha, who have been part of ‘The Real Housewives series.
Duke The Musical
Duke The Musical will be starring the supporting antagonist of the series ‘Duke Weaselton.’ Duke is known for his weird tactics and insulting humor. He is quite greedy and can commit small crimes to earn money. This episode might explore some new shade of Duke’s character.

A spoof of the popular dance show ‘ So you think you can Dance,’ this episode will show Clawhauser, Bogo, and Gazelle taking part in a dance competition and showing their moves. Makers were keen to rope in Shakira to voice her role of Gazelle. But due to her unavailability, they had to cast Alison to voice Gazelle.
Dinner Rush
It will star Flash and Priscilla. Both of them work at the Department of Mammal Vehicles. This is going to be a romantic comedy, and viewers will surely love to watch the chemistry of both. They will be going out for dinner. We already got a glimpse of their chemistry during the ending of the Zootopia movie when they danced together at Gazelle’s concert.
