Pink has been forced to cancel additional tour dates due to a diagnosed respiratory infection. The singer, known for hits like “Raise Your Glass” and “Don’t Let Me Get Me,” expressed her deep regret to her fans through an Instagram post. In the post, she explained, “I am deeply sorry to share that I have a respiratory infection, and my doctor has advised that I am unable to perform at the Vancouver shows on Friday and Saturday.”
She reassured her devoted fans that Live Nation is diligently working on rescheduling the affected shows and that she is eagerly anticipating her return to Vancouver to deliver an unforgettable performance. In the interim, Pink wished everyone good health and sent her love.
This recent setback comes just days after she postponed two shows in Washington, citing “family medical issues” as the reason. It remains unclear whether these cancellations were connected to her respiratory infection.
In her announcement about the Washington shows, she conveyed her apologies to the Tacoma ticket holders, saying, “Live Nation is working on future dates to reschedule. Family medical issues require our immediate attention. I send everyone my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. I am sending nothing but love and health to all.”
Pink commenced her Summer Carnival tour on June 7 in England in support of her ninth studio album, “Trustfall.” This extensive world tour comprises three legs and features a total of 65 shows, concluding in March 2024 in Australia.
Notably, Pink had previously postponed a show in Arlington, Texas, due to a sinus infection. Despite these challenges, she also launched the “Trustfall” Tour during the Summer Carnival, focusing on North American venues.
Pink, who is a mother of two, shares her children, daughter Willow Sage and son Jameson, with her husband, Carey Hart.
