One Piece will release it’s 955th episode soon. One Piece is a manga series that was written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. It was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, and it has been running since 1997. The story follows Monkey D. Luffy, a boy whose body has developed rubber-like properties after unintentionally eating a Devil Fruit. With his crew of pirates, he tries to find a special treasure known as “One Piece” to become the next King of Pirates.
Episode 954 Recap
The episode had an explanation for why was Ryuma’s corpse still intact after 100 years. It was because of the Eternal Graves. Komurasaki revealed that corpses are placed in the caskets, and they don’t decompose for centuries due to the cold. When the people of Ringo die, the swords that they carried from their birth become their grave markers. Komurasaki and Kawamatsu realize that Koma Fox Onimaru has been guarding the Eternal Graves. Onimaru had been fighting by himself to protect the graves from the grave robbers who came to steal the swords. Onimaru is badly injured, and Kawamatsu offers to take care of him in his house.
Onimaru gets angry when the next day, he sees Kawamatsu try to dig one of the graves. He demands why he was doing this; Kawamatsu reveals that in 13 years, there will be another battle. So they need a lot of swords for the battle. He explains that the battle between Kingdom Pirates and the Land of Wano isn’t over yet. They dig a tunnel and hide all the swords, while Bingoh and his allies think there might be a money-making opportunity for them. They want to steal and sell the swords for their own profit. Before they could cross the bridge, Kawamatsu and Onimaru beat them up. Kawamatsu told them that he is actually Gyukimaru, who is trying to hide his real identity. Back in the present, Komurasaki reveals that the monk’s name is Gyukimaru.

Kawamatsu got arrested and imprisoned for 13 years and is separated from Onimaru. They both later follow Zoro, and they find him standing in front of the door in which the monk had disappeared. Kawamatsu finds out that this is where the swords are hidden. He enters and finds all of the swords. He instructs Kinemon to send soldiers to get the swords.
He ended up wondering who was responsible for this since only humans could do such a thing like this. Gyukimaru appears and tells Onimaru that he has fulfilled his duty in protecting the Eternal Graves. Komurasaki reveals to Zoro that he can return the sword in exchange for her father’s sword Enma the flame blade. It is the only weapon that injured Kaido. Zoro finally finds out what Kaido’s weakness really is.
Episode 955 Release Date
Episode 955 will release on 20 December on Crunchyroll. The preview shows Law holding an injured Hawkins prisoner. He wants to know about his alliance with Kid and Apoo. Hawkins tells him that Apoo is now allianced with Kaido that led to his and Kid’s capture. Kaido offered them to join his army; Hawkins, who knows they have only a small chance of survival, decides to join. It even shows a team-up between Kaido and Big Mom. The title of this episode is “A New Ally? The Giants of Kaido’s Army Mobilize.”
