Moonshot

A sci-fi addition to the HBO Max March 2022 catalog, Moonshot stars Cole Sprouse and Lana Condor. Also starring are Zach Braff, Mason Gooding, and Emily Rudd. A two-part docuseries, Gaming Wall Street explores “the historic 2021 short squeeze of GameStop and how a group of armchair investors and online vigilantes helped expose the dark underbelly of Wall Street.” Kieran Culkin of Succession fame narrates the docuseries that premiered on HBO Max on March 3. Part 1 delves into how the investors formed a movement against Wall Street when the brokers turned off the buy button for GameStop. Part 2 follows the all-out war around GameStop wherein the investors come together to hike up the stock price of GameStop.
