Things might be getting a bit confusing for Amelia on Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 11 as she faces a tough choice to choose between a groundbreaking surgery and operating on her friend. While the previous episode gave us a look at a flow of emotions among our characters, as many seemed to be falling apart in some or the other way. Firstly, Schmitt had to face some hard questions while presenting the M&M.
On the other hand, Dr. Richard’s Webber Method was challenged by fellow doctors and some very close to him after the death of a patient under Schmitt’s supervision. Whereas, things were a bit uncomfortable for Jo as she couldn’t look Amelia straight into the eyes after hooking up with Link. While Bailey was trying to keep the workflow going in the absence of some of the best residents and Hayes quitting last minute.
Meanwhile, Meredith called in her boyfriend Nick for taking over another surgery at the hospital last minute. The long-running American medical drama has had quite a run so far with its popularity since it first started airing in 2005. Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 10 Recap
Episode 10 of Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 came out on 3rd March 2022 and was titled “Living In A House Divided”. The episode began with Bailey trying to set up the schedules of various surgeries of the day systematically, especially when she is short-staffed after Hayes quit the job and her best resident Schmitt was still in shock of the death of his patient. While Meredith came to the hospital after spending some time with Nick in the morning and took upon surgery last minute on Bailey’s request. Meanwhile, the rest of the doctors gathered in the presentation room for the M&M. It was Scmitt’s job to present, and he tried to answer whatever questions were asked to him but ran away in the middle after he kept remembering what happened to his patient.
While things escalated a bit when Maggie and the other doctors raised questions on the Webber Method and Dr. Richard was caught off guard. Moving on, we saw Teddy trying to ask Owen about what happened between him and Hayes in the car but he wasn’t telling him. So she went to meet Hayes and ask him instead when he was finally leaving with his things from the hospital. But even he didn’t tell her, which made Teddy worried and even more suspicious. On the other side, Bailey was losing her mind with another surgery at hand but no experienced surgeon to do it since everyone was already preoccupied. Therefore, Meredith called in Nick at the last moment to take on that surgery. In the meantime, Jo received some advice from her senior about her latest hookup.
Furthermore, she took on that advice and told Link later on that they shouldn’t get intimate anymore, but she didn’t tell him that she loved him. Whereas at the hospital, Meredith, Amelia, and Maggie came to Richard and had a heartfelt talk with him about everything that went down recently. Moreover, Maggie apologized to Richard for coming at him about his method so harshly and promised to support him in fixing things. Later on, Meredith found herself in an awkward situation when she had to introduce Nick to Amelia and Maggie who saw them talking and flirting a bit, realizing they were going out. In the end, we saw Nico trying to get Schmitt out of his couch, but he told Nico to get out. Meanwhile, Teddy saw Owen’s friend’s wife taking something from Owen’s truck after Owen gave her the keys. Moreover, she asked her to reveal what was in it or she was calling the police.
