She repeatedly expresses her feelings to him, but he always turns her down. Cha Heon is a handsome all-rounder and an overachiever in school. At the same time, Shin Sol Yi is a clumsy and full of life teenage girl who makes people fall for her optimistic and positive attribute towards everything around her.

But still, he manages to be a perfect student at high school with all his determination and habit of being the achiever. But the story has a love triangle added to it. Yeo Hoe Hyun is all set to play a transfer student in their school named Woo Dae-sung. He is an exceptional swimmer who falls in love with Shin So Yi. He then becomes aware of her love towards Cha Heon and puts an end to his intentions of confessing his love to her, and she decides to stay by her side as a friend under any circumstances.
The students then start preparing for the university entrance exams, and Cha Heon starts falling in love with Shin Sol Yi. They witness their blooming first love in their foundation of friendship. But soon, Cha Heon gets a chance to join an advanced training for four years. He is skeptical about taking up this opportunity and leaving behind Shin Sol Yi but ends up pursuing it. Will the distance between them ruin the possibility of them being each other’s first love? Or will Cha Heon’s absence give a chance to Woo Dae-sung to confess his love to Shin Sol Yi?
