Garrett opted to end their relationship and accept the $100,000 cash prize when Sarah selected him as the winner. Garrett was not given the money at the end of the show, instead, the $100,000 was donated to a charity of Sarah’s choice because his behavior was not worth rewarding.
We can’t comment on whether the reality show’s FBoy Island Couples are still together or not.
