With 12 sessions planned, the dialogue will provide a platform for both sides to exchange views and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Against the backdrop of ongoing mediation efforts to facilitate a cease-fire between Israel and Hamas, as well as discussions on a potential prisoner exchange, the strategic dialogue takes on added significance.

Qatar and the United States have been actively involved in diplomatic efforts to promote peace and stability in the region, underscoring their commitment to resolving conflicts and advancing mutual interests.

The previous round of the Qatar-US Strategic Dialogue, held in Doha in November 2022, focused on key regional issues, including Iranian nuclear developments, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, and Palestine.

The continuity of these discussions reflects the enduring partnership between Qatar and the United States in addressing complex geopolitical challenges and promoting peace and security in the Middle East and beyond.
