A woman has appeared in court charged with the murder of her 10-year-old daughter, Shay Kang, who was found fatally injured at the family house in Rowley Regis, West Midlands. Jaskirat Kaur, 33, appeared before Wolverhampton Crown Court via a video-link from prison.
She was told by Judge Michael Chambers KC that she would be expected to enter a plea at her next hearing on April 22.
