The Role Models campaign, in its seventh year, expands its recognition with three categories: Rising Star for Apprentices, Pioneer, and Icon. The initiative seeks to inspire professionals to share their stories and accomplishments, with winners to be announced at the UKCW Birmingham event in October.

New features at UKCW London include the Live Demo Theatre, showcasing cutting-edge construction products and techniques, and C-suite Summits, offering exclusive insights and networking opportunities for industry leaders.

Additionally, the Skills and Training Hub, a collaboration with CITB, aims to address skill shortages with a comprehensive program spanning talks and workshops. The Careers and Recruitment Zone provides a platform for job seekers and recruiters to connect face-to-face.

The event also introduces the Construction Sport Van Rally, supporting workers’ health through sport and fundraising efforts. Co-located with Concrete Expo and The Offsite Show, UKCW London promises to be a comprehensive event catering to various facets of the construction sector.

Registration for UKCW London is open, with the event complemented by UKCW Birmingham at the NEC in October. As the UK’s largest built environment event, UK Construction Week continues to expand its offerings and influence within the industry.
