Julian McMahon was born in Sydney, Australia. The actor was the second of three children born to Mrs. Sonia McMahon and Sir Billy McMahon. From March 1971 to December 1972, he served as Prime Minister of Australia. Sir Billy died on March 31st, 1988, four months before Julian’s 20th birthday. He died of cancer on March 2nd.

The actor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wollongong, but after spending more time in the college bar than in class, she got bored after a year, and he began his career as a model, mostly in advertising. In 1987, he started commissioning print models in Los Angeles, New York, Milan, Rome, and Paris.

Appearing in TV commercials promoting jeans in his home country made him so popular that he was cast in lead roles in Australian series like Dynasty, The Power, and the Passion (1989). After spending 18 months on The Power, The Passion, Julian joined the cast of Home and Away (1988). This was another successful Australian series that won him the Best Actor Award from the National Magazine. He was one of the best actors who was eventually loved by all the youngsters and many old age people too.

Why Did Julian McMahon Leave The FBI Series?

Many cast members left the TV show for creative reasons, but that wasn’t the case for McMahon, who played Jess LaCroix. The actor decided to leave the series. However, he wanted to look to other creative pursuits.

“Over the past few months, the producers of FBI: Most Wanted and I have had conversations about my departure from the show in favor of additional creative pursuits and the transition of my character Jess LaCroix.” He said in a statement to Deadline, “These ongoing conversations have allowed us to orchestrate a seamless and productive way for me to leave the show.”

There is no chance that McMahon’s character will return, even if he wants to. FBI: Most Wanted has Jess written off permanently on the show. Just as he and Sarah were about to plan their dream vacation, he was killed while stalking one of the most wanted on the list.

It was a devastating yet realistic ending to the dangers these characters often experience. This was the actual reason that Julian McMahon left the FBI series. Many of his fans were shocked and heartbroken by hearing this news.

Julian McMahon’s Journey In The FBI Series

The March 8th episode, called “Shattered,” will be Julian McMahon’s final episode as a main cast member of FBI: Most Wanted, as Jess and Sarah plan their dream vacation together. We see the team hunt down an abusive man. Jess and Sarah’s relationship has been stronger than ever since he got the chance to court her after Tari went to boarding school.

It’s probably the Agents of Most Wanted! Whatever happens in the episode, David Hudgins’ comments confirm that “Shattered” was the right time to say goodbye. Only time will tell if Julian McMahon will return for FBI: Most Wanted, but this isn’t the first time the series has said goodbye to its main character.

Season 3 began as part of the crossover and marked the end of Kellan Lutz’s stint as a series regular as Kenny Crosby. Kenny was a vital part of the team from the first episode to the last and also played a key role in the Season 2 finale cliffhanger.
