Dave Chappelle is a 49-year-old American stand-up comedian. He is one of the finest stand-up comedians in the US. He is known for his political satire and celebrity roastings. When it comes to stand-up comedies, he doesn’t spare anybody. He is not afraid of saying what’s on his mind, and oftentimes his jokes are rooted in the shortcomings of American culture.

He has a way of bringing humor to dark and grim topics; getting a good laugh out of it makes it less scary and serious. David Khari Webber Chappelle was born and raised in Washington, DC. Both his parents were actively involved in politics. William David Chappelle III and Yvonne Seon are his parents. His father was a professor. He was the dean at Antioch College in Ohio. His mother was also a professor working for universities like Wright State University.

Having two professor parents who were socially and politically active had a great effect on him during his formative years. A comedian’s main skill is to look at society and find nuances from it, then point it out with humor. Chappelle is an expert at that.
