There were six with notable titles. When they achieved the Orange Blossom Classic five times in 1974, she joined an exclusive group of just four LPGA players who had accomplished this feat. She was the American team captain at the inaugural Solheim Cup game in 1990. She earned $1 million on the LPGA for the first time that year, in 1981.
