The 60-year-old Raskin continued by saying he intended “to overcome this obstacle and, in the meanwhile, to continued to make accomplishments each day in Congress for American democracy.”
Raskin added, “My compassion and unity extend to all family members this festive season who are fighting cancer or any other health issue, and all the doctors, caregivers, and hospital professionals who give us reassurance and hope.”
