We see the plot speed as the story moves over Summer Time Render Episode 7. We now have enough exposition to see things speed up finally, and things are moving fast. Mystery shows have a different flow of Time; it doesn’t matter what medium it is, the Time passes completely differently when done right. It is one of the strengths of the genre but sparsely happens. Summer Time Render Episode 7 may continue that momentum and give use more action than a mystery for a change. But now that we have had a quarter of the episode, it’s fair to say the show’s pacing will switch from slow and intense too fast and action-packed. And since the story is time loop-focused, we will get to see plenty of actions and variations.
One interesting thing was how the time loop is not as simple as it seems. Episode 7 of Summer Time Render might also add more to it or add more to the mechanic. So far, the new addition to the Time loop has influenced Mio’s action and the shadows at Ushio’s funeral. But it begs the question, how will Shinpei keep track of the sinking Time loop?
Summer Time Render Episode 7
Episode 7 of Summer Time Render will see Shinpei teaming up with his favorite author and learning more about shadows. It was a surprise to see Shinpei’s author turn out to be a shadow-hunting lady and not to mention how their first interaction was. But she has a good caliber and is quite good at deducing. Her figuring out Shinpei seemed odd perhaps that is why she is an author. But as far as exposition, setup, and delivery for her character, it was well done. We also see eye patch hunters as well after a long time. His part in the story so far had been delivering information initially, but we didn’t see much of him after.
The thing about time loop stories is how the minor action causes the most significant changes. However, the time loop may not be used as much in this story as it has a hard limit. So we may not see Shinpei reverting Time in Episode 7 of Summer Time Render. There might be answers and intrigue as well as some action too in the coming episodes based on what we know.

What is Summer Time Render about?
Shinpei became an orphan at a young age, but his childhood friend’s family adopted him. Now Shinpei is returning after being out in the city for two years. Not for a reunion, though; he has come back to attend the funeral of his childhood friend(Ushio), who drowned while saving a child. Grimace by old memories and unfulfilled promises, Shinpei quickly learns her death wasn’t an accident but a possible murder. He is shocked by this, but he treats it as a rumor and moves on with no proof of it. He doesn’t get to be that way. However, it revealed that Ushio was murdered by a strange phenomenon described as a shadow. While supernatural forces are stacked against him, Shinpei gains his power. He can go back in Time and start over from April 22. The day he comes to his hometown.
Yasuki Tanaka creates the series. Studio OLM adapted the work into anime.
