Another guy was also taken away while he was trying to investigate.
This leads to people missing from the group as they are being taken away. The animation in this episode is amazing. Later on, we find how Gigasmon is sad about the fact that humans cant become Digimon. Gigasmon is blind and only reacts to sound.
