Filming location and Cinematography of Channel 4: Suspect
The series is set in London and features various parts of the city. The view of the London in Suspect is not the vibrant side of London. The town shown is very dark, grim, and sad, complimenting the tone of the series. The mysterious city is seen through below bridges, side streets, abandoned car parks, etc. which cinematically aligns with the series very well.
A significant series scene was shot at the petrol garage on the seventh day of the UK’s fuel crisis. Extra measures and precautions were taken on this day.
What do we know so far from Suspect?
The story opens with a Veteran, Detective Danny Frater, turning up in a mortuary for a routine ID check on a young woman’s body. What follows next becomes the plot for Suspect. The young girl turns out to be Danny’s daughter, and he gets the shock of his life. What will follow the series will be a string of investigations by Danny to catch the killer of her daughter.
The eight series episodes will supposedly focus on one Suspect in each episode. The premise is intriguing enough to maintain the viewers’ curiosity till the end to know the killer finally.
