Hilary Farr is a designer who redesigns the parts of their house based on the desires of the owners and, moreover, their budget. David Visentin is a real estate agent whose work is to convince the homeowners to buy a new house according to their needs and budget and list their renovated house. Although they face many troubles in their work. Hilary faces challenges with the insufficient budget for renovation and other issues with the house, like lack of compliance with the modern buildings. After the renovation work is over, they show the house to its owners and give them two options, either to “love it” or to “list it”.
