Created by Hank Steinberg, “For Life” is ABC’s legal drama that is loosely based on the true story of Isaac Wright Jr., who was wrongly accused and convicted on drug charges in 1991 and was falsely imprisoned. While in prison, he becomes an attorney, owing to his determination and perseverance, and helped the release of several innocent inmates while trying to retract his own life sentence for a crime he didn’t commit.
The first season of “For Life,” starring Nicholas Pinnock in the lead role as Aaron Wallace, went on air on 11th February 2020. The show was welcomed by the audiences and got impressive reviews. Seeing the overwhelming response towards the show, it was renewed for its second edition, which eventually dropped this winter. The premiere episode of season 2 of the show starts off after the season 1 finale, where Aaron secures a retrial. However, Glen Maskins, his arch-nemesis, brokers a deal. The deal states that if Aaron moves ahead with the retrial, Glen will ensure that he stays in Bellmore while he would be sending the cops after his wife Marie for violation of the HIPAA laws.
The story is a beautiful and artistic narrative of a man’s life whose main reason for survival now is-fighting for the truth. He is ready to turn mountains to return back to his family, his loved and to his previous life that was all snatched away from him. The show has all the potential to turn the system of injustice by shedding light on places that remain hidden behind the curtains of dark lies.
Owing to the grasping plotlines, the show has kept the fans hooked so far. The commendable storyline and the captivating acting is the reason why the show serves as an obsession to the fans. The first episode of the second season was dropped by the network on 18th November 2020. The fifth and the last episode so far was dropped on 16th December 2020. But there’s likely to be a gap in the schedule after episode 5.
The fans are curious to know when exactly does For Life season 2 episode 6 air? How many episodes can be expected from season 2? Can we expect a season 3 of the show?
Well, fans will have to wait a little more to witness what episode 6 has to offer. The Christmas week has scheduled much show ahead, and therefore the shows will be dropping their new episodes after a huge gap. For Life Season 2 Episode 6 is announced to release on January 20, 2021, at 9 PM Central Time on ABC Television. And it’s also uncertain how many episodes For Life season 2 will consist of since there have been no official announcements made. The first season had 13 episodes in total, and it’s unlikely for the network to make some drastic changes in the number of episodes in this season too.

And when it comes to season 3, ABC is yet to make any official statements regarding it. However, like with the first season, it’s improbable that the network will circulate any renewal news until season 2 has concluded. Season 1 of the show has 13 episodes in total that wrapped up in May, and the network renewed it for a second season in June, which finally began airing in November.
