Oreshura is a light novel written by Yuji Yuji, with illustrations done by Ruroo. There have been 4 manga adaptations and an anime adaptation by A-1 Pictures, which was aired from January 2013 to March 2013. In this article, you will know about Oreshura Season 2. Eita Kido is a high school student whose goal is to graduate with high marks enough to get him the scholarship to get him into medical school. Because of the fact that his parents are divorced, found new lovers, and left him in the care of his aunt, Eita refuses to have anything to do with romance or love in his life. One day, the no. 1 beauty of this school, Masuzu Natsukawa, invites him to walk home with her.
He quickly becomes suspicious and believes that Masuzu is scheming something. It is then revealed that she is tired of becoming the center of attention constantly, so she suggests that she and Eita begin fake dating. Eita rejects, but Masuzu blackmails him into becoming her boyfriend in name only. The news about the new couple begins to spread rapidly throughout the high school, and Chiwa Harusaki, Eita’s childhood friend who ends up having a crush on him, begins to vie with Mazusu for Eita’s feelings.

Recap
The club decided to go to the beach for their summer club activity. Chiwa asked Eita to accompany her to buy a swimsuit for the trip. Jealous, Masuzu decides to interfere with the date while Himeka and Ai secretly follow Eita, but they all spend time together. They later meet with Eita’s aunt, who then realizes that Eita and Masuzu’s relationship is fake, so she asks Eita which girl he likes, which he doesn’t answer yet. The aunt, Saeko, offers the girls a chance to save money on the trip by entering a marketing contest for her new game, and she intentionally excludes Masuzu in this game.
She even explains why she thinks Eita and Masuzu’s relationship is fake. Eita is surprised that Chiwa, Ai, and Hime have become good friends while Masuzu is left out. The club later goes on a trip to the beach and have a good time together. Chiwa, Hime, and Ai decided to buy cellphone straps or matching key chains to symbolize their club. This causes Masuzu to realize that she can’t fit in and, therefore, she can’t win the contest. Out of gratefulness, she thanks Eita for helping her and promises him that she will set him free after the contest. Later, Eita is accidentally run over by Mana. They have a short conversation, and Mana realizes that Eita likes Masuzu and thanks to him for that. Eita then asks her if anyone can stand being with a liar, and Mana then answers him that only her accomplice would do that.
Later the competition begins, and when it is time for Masuzu’s speech, Eita confesses to her that even though they have the worst personalities, they deserve each other. They begin to share a kiss as the other girls in the crowd look on. Eita had chosen the battlefield route instead of the harem route so that the girls would end up hating him, but instead, they get inspired to fight for his affections even more. The end of the episode indicates another love battle between the 4 girls for Eita’s affections.

When will Oreshura Season 2 come out?
It is unknown for now when will the second season come out, but it is presumed that it might come out in late 2021 or early 2022. Oreshura’s first season is available to watch on Crunchyroll. Considering the hype around the series, they might make the new season soon, and especially from the OVA, we can expect the anime to continue with the new season. It will focus on level 2 of the girls competing for Eita’s affections. It will depict who Eita finally chooses out of all the girls and who he falls in love with.
